Kate is a fabulous and very talented real estate professional who proved invaluable in our efforts to find the perfect home. Kate's knowledge of the local market made selling our home a positive experience. She was diligent, honest, hard working and dependable. All of the tiny details were taken care of with ease. Kate was persistent in finding our buyers and worked around the clock to make sure we were represented well.

Kate has taken us to many places that are within our criteria. The reason we have taken so long is because we are in a different state and have to sell our house before buying another. She is professional, caring and competent.
Kate Christiansen was the selling agent on our home and helped us find a home to lease. Her professionalism and caring manner eased the stress one experiences when relocating a family. I have worked with Kate on two home purchases. She is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects; including location, schools, and diligently working with banks and escrow companies. She is professional, accommodating, and most importantly, trustworthy. I have since referred her to friends that have purchased homes as well. Kate makes home buying a breeze. I went to her after previously working with an agent for months. She was very confident and her knowledge about real estate as a whole, blew me away.
